Description: St. Bernard Preparatory School is a Catholic boarding and day school for students grades 7 to 12. It balances a Catholic Christian education and a college preparatory education. The school believes that in order for students to become well-rounded individuals, an excellent academic curriculum should be balanced out by healthy physical activities. This Alabama boarding school has a great sports program where children can explore various sports like volleyball, basketball, softball, track and field, tennis, and more. The school aims to instill Benedictine traditions of daily prayer and work in students and to teach them life-coping skills based on Christian values.

St. Bernard's goals also include teaching students to appreciate the benefits of reading widely, speaking effectively, listening discerningly, and writing convincingly.
