Description: St. Stanislaus is a Catholic, college preparatory boarding school for boys in Mississippi. It serves students from grades 7 to 12 and postgraduate courses. The school strives to create an atmosphere of holistic learning and development for students through its policies, curriculum, and philosophy. The school provides its students with the atmosphere needed to become men of Christian character, people who are responsible and socially aware.

The curriculum of the school is primarily college preparatory in nature, although it caters to a wide variety of interests found among its students. The school is sensitive to the needs and abilities of students and is constantly changing to include new subjects as they are needed. The goal of the school is to provide a curriculum that can help develop young students to achieve their full potential and to give students ample opportunities to use their strengths and talents.

Students of St. Stanislaus are encouraged to plan their own academic schedule with the help and guidance of faculty members. Students can choose to take courses and electives that are more suited to their interests and what course they plan to take in college.

Students who have learning differences can also take part in the school's Academic Assistance Program. Students with dyslexia can benefit from the school's Dyslexia Curriculum which follows the Orton-Gillingham approach. It's a non-graded, multi-sensory, systematic approach to teaching.

The school's Honors and Advance Placement courses include subjects such as Algebra, calculus, Comparatve Government and Politics, Psychology, US History, and others. The school also puts a lot of emphasis on its athletic programs which aims to improve students' motor skills, gain a desire to excel and succeed, gain an appreciation for recreation and entertainment, and to learn how to interact and work with others. Some of the sports programs available for students include football, golf, sailing, soccer, swimming, track and field, and many others.

The school is accredited by Mississippi Department of Education and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
