It also seeks to encourage young people to have a deeper commitment to justice and peace.

Ethical principles and Christian values and beliefs are the cornerstone of the St. Andrews School community. In the school's environment, dynamic adults engage and interact with students to stimulate their thought life and encourage them to follow their passions. At St. Andrews, young people can explore many different interests outside of their academic pursuits. It has a strong program for liberal arts, athletics, and community service. The school encourages students to be involved in giving back and building the community in order to develop into leaders with a strong social conscience.

Although the school is grounded in its strong Episcopal identity, students and faculty members of different religious backgrounds are also welcomed. Students are encouraged to explore and discover their spirituality and faith as they live in a community where people have a tolerance and respect for other religions of the world.

The school's arts program encompasses different disciplines from different kinds of visual arts to a wide variety of performing arts. Here, students can explore their interest in theater, painting, sculpture, orchestra, film, photography and more. The school's Arts Calendar is filled yearly with many activities that students are welcome to join and participate in.
